My career, for more than a decade, has focussed on helping clients deliver major change in their organisation and so realise their strategic goals. This has been reflected in demonstrably improved performance. My experience suggests that the difficulties of undertaking major change can be minimised by rigorous organisation, thoughtful application of research and infectious enthusiasm to achieve the vision.
