What I learned most at Warner, Elektra, Atlantic was how to bring commercial disciplines into play in a highly creative and free-wheeling business, without losing the essential spontaneity. What a great business to work in.
As financial analyst and assistant to the Finance Director duties comprised:
- financial appraisal of all new ventures
- long and short term forecasts of company's results
- presentation of monthly management accounts
- cost monitoring
- assisting managers in budget preparation and consolidating company budget
- attendance on two industry committees
