Responsible for delivering a wide range of consultancy projects for clients, building long term client relationships at senior levels and managing major projects with far reaching implementations for client companies. Major projects included:
Public service broadcaster
Designed, developed, piloted and implemented a priority-based budgeting system used across the whole corporation. Resulted in necessary cost savings without loss of quality service.
Major international insurer
Developed expenditure allocation methodology which changed international subsidiaries behaviour in line with strategic aims. Design and phased introduction of new reporting package, included visiting European offices to plan their migration to new package and to build their commitment to change.
National development agency
Prepared business plan for a shipyard working in partnership with insolvency professionals.
Electricity board
Developed financial and accounting principles to ring fence the nuclear electricity industry in Scotland.
